It's so amazing to see flowers when we see snow! I recognize that sweatshirt! Brooke loved that one from Old Navy! She still loves everything from Old Navy!
Who doesn't love flowers? Lauren seems to like them. It's nice you get to enjoy them in winter.
Maybe you already know this, but pansies are considered cool weather flowers, even in Zone 9. What kind of flowers do well out there in the summer? I'm thinking geraniums, marigolds, moss roses and succulents.
Did you post a pic of Lauren almost exactly in that pose with flowers maybe a year ago? It looks familiar. :)
I think the flowers Mom mentioned can only survive with heavy irrigation and a bit of shade in the desert. There are some beautiful desert flowers natural to Arizona... like the ones on the cacti.
