Aunt Marla thought she needed a reminder of her Ohio heritage :) Don't you love that yummy chocolate face? It looks like she had a lot of fun on her birthday, she couldn't even wait to get into bed to fall asleep! :) How cute!
That second frame with the cake - that's a good one. (Her expression kind of reminds me of Emmett Kelly, the clown.) It just brings back memories of how you guys used to squish food slowly through the fingers of each hand, watching it ooze through. (That way, more of the nutrition gets absorbed transdermally, by osmosis, right?)
